AutoOfficeNow is a desktop app that repeats your computer work for you: websites, email and spreadsheets. It all runs on your own computer.

Four steps, and the task is off your list

  1. Show it once

    Press Record and do the task in your own Chrome. Your clicks, typing and page changes become steps you can read and edit. Passwords are never recorded: the app offers to save them as an encrypted login instead.

  2. Tell it when

    Run it yourself, on a schedule, or when something happens. It keeps working with the window closed, as long as your computer is on and the app is running.

  3. Let it do the work

    One workflow can use any website, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, any email account and web services, and keep rows in tables built into the app.

    When a run needs you, for a CAPTCHA or a check, it pauses and waits. Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Cursor can run your workflows too, with your OK.

  4. When something breaks, it tells you why

    Websites change. When a step fails, you get what happened in plain words, a picture of the page and fixes you can click. Then re-run from that step, without starting over.

Your work stays on your computer

Read the privacy policy

No account and no cloud
You don't sign up for anything. Your workflows are files in a folder you choose, and their runs and pictures stay with them.
Logins are encrypted
Saved passwords and connections are kept in an encrypted vault, protected by your computer's keychain. Pictures of pages blank out password fields.
We don't watch what you do
No analytics, no usage data and no automatic crash reports. The only thing the app asks us is whether there's a new version.

How AutoOfficeNow uses your Google account

Connecting a Google account is optional. If you connect one, the app uses it only for the workflow steps you build, such as reading new emails or adding a row to a sheet.

That data moves directly between your computer and Google. We never receive it, and we don't sell it or use it for ads. You can disconnect the account in the app at any time, or remove its access in your Google account.

While Google reviews the app, only people on our test list can connect a Google account. Any other email account works through IMAP and SMTP. The privacy policy has the full details.
